Devention F7 transmitter stuck in Program Update

I have a devo F7 transmitter and was attemption to update. Now the device is stuck in "Update" mode. I have tried to turn on holding the "Ext" button as well as the "Ent" button. I cannot seem to get the unit out of this mode., I used the DFuse 2.31 version, and at first this seemed to allow me to get out of "Program Update", I have not turned the transmitter back on and again its in the "Program Update" Please help me is there a way to factory reset the unit,

I used the Devo F7 Firmware 0.6A.dfu and the Dfuse-USB upgeade tools 3.0.5.zip

Can you help me too.

I have devo F7 controller and is now stuck in Program update mode and nothing happens.

I have download the files that you have linked and tried upgrading the .bfu files but nothing happens. It says complete but I restart the controller and same thing.
