Jumper NOT binding to AFHDS-2A?

Can someone with a Jumper radio see if they can bind to an AFHDS-2A type receiver?

I've got a couple of the cheap-o Flysky FS2A receivers but I can't get them to bind for some reason.

SOLVED

If you run into this issue...

1 - Turn on TX
2 - Plug bind plug in & turn on RX
3 - Hit BIND
4 - REMOVE BIND PLUG from RX and THEN cycle the power to the RX.
