Good morning and thanks for the fast reaction :-)
First results:
After start it displays Minus 104m, after 20 minutes it stabilized on Plus 10-14m
I move the sensor one level in the house down, the value started to rise, after five minutes it was over Plus 470 m ....
Going back upstairs the value starts to decrease, it even falls bellow zero, actually after 15 minutes it is on Minus 170m ...

Till now it was tested with only one sensor.
Now I will connect the Voltage sensor and we will se, what happens ...

regards
Pavel

Actually two findings:
Looks like the voltage sensor doesn´t appear in Telemetry monitor at all...
When the altitude sensor was alone and after a time was stable on 250m, when I connect the voltage sensor, the value starts to decrease and later it rises again.
I will try to go one or two steps back, to see, if the voltage sensor wil appear in the telemetry monitor.

Hello,
it looks like in both Test builds the voltage sensor dissapears ...
This is a pitty, battery voltage in model is important to know ...

I have to confirm it.
In the 9e9beec NightyBuild the Voltage sensor works well.
In Telemetry monitor:
Row 1 60d 5.08V 11.6V
Row 2
Row š
Row 4
Row 5 11.6V
Row 6
Row 7
Row 8 100
Row 9

The value in Row 8 decreases when moving away from receiver - perhaps percentage of signal strenght.
But the Altitude sensor is not recognized.

If the altitude sensor is connected, than :

Row 1 60d 5.08V
Row 2 22C

Row 6 plus or minus value Altitude
Row 7
Row 8 100
Row 9

Thats all at this moment.
Regards
Pavel

Notice:
The voltage 11.6V in row 6 is in column Bat

Thanks for all the information.

The code in the 9e9beec build didn't handle the telemetry type sent by the altitude sensor so it might be interfering with the voltage data. The code to handle the newer sensors is different so need to figure out first if it handles the voltage okay. I make a new test build ( 77bfa71 ). Please try this with just the voltage sensor, and then add the altitude sensor.

What are the model numbers of the sensors you have? Want to be sure I understand what data to expect.

The value in row 8 is a link quality indicator. A description of all the rows is in the manual.

Good morning and thanks for your effort :-)

I will make the test at noon ...

The sensors are FS-CVT-01 Voltage and FS-CAT01 Altitude for AFHDS 2A.

Btw, in the manual for T8SG is quite nothing about the telemetry for AFHDS 2A ....

Hello, I made just now the testing:

The last version 77bfa71 recognises only the Voltage sensor FS-CVT-01 .
The Altitude sensor FS-CAT-01 is not recognised at all .
I connected first the Voltage sensor, it works OK.
Then I add the Altitude sensor, and nothing happend.
So I switch all off, and started again with the Altitude sensor only.
Notting happend, no sensor found in the Telemetry monitor.
I add the Voltage sensor and the traction battery voltage appears in row 2 column Bat.

Also are missing values for RSSI in row 1 and signal strenght in row 8, which were available in the original NightyBuilds. Only the Voltage VCC comming to receiver from BEC is visualised in row 1 column Bat.

Hope it helps

Okay, good that telemetry is working with the new code.

New test build is available ( 641a422 ). I found some old test data that includes the same sensors that you have and it worked correctly in the emulator. If this doesn't work with both sensors installed, please try with each sensor separately and report what happens. This build includes a more complicated altitude calculation so interested to see if the altitude reports different from before.

The Flysky telemetry is reported in the Frsky telemetry format - the table is here . The altitude is reported AGL, with ground level set to the first altitude reading received.
