JUMPER T8SG V2 PLUS and deviation uploader

I have just acquired a JUMPER T8SG V2 +. I have to download deviation UPLOADER. when I starts it and when I connect the radio ( activated USB port) the transmitter is not recognized. Which is the approach to be made so that it is recognized

after doing the manipulation you gave me, Deviation Uploader marks me unknown
is the radio compatible with Deviation Uploader?

Yes, i install USB driver with DFU USBDrv Installer-1.1 and use Deviation Uploader-0.9.0.. Deviation uploader marks me unknown or DEVO 7 but not accede to the transmitter. I tried with different cable but nothing helps

the version of my transmitter dates from January 2018 and I want to update it with the November 2018 version

I still have no connection between the emeter and deviation uploader. it seems to me that normally deviation should read the version of the firm that is in the emeter but there is nothing happening
can you tell me why?
