devo 7e all modules missing

I have nrfl2401 and cc2500 installed, it works fine for monts. this morning when turn it up, it says "missing modules cyrf6936" and won't bind to any protocols. i tried to reflash and hardware.ini editing several times its still not working. also tried to remove the modules ended with the same problem.
