Hi all the Cracks out there

My Devo F7 XMS got a problem these days.
The Backlight with bright setting (10) is minimal flickering.
If i change to lower backlight settings, things go worse.
Check out the video


Voltage looks stable. All other things are working fine.

Anybody an idea where to look?
