Trigger condition with a complex mixer?

Hi, im fairly new to "proper" remote controllers for rc: I wonder if I can trigger somehow a voice, using a virt channel for example, with a set of conditions in a complex mixer? The conditions are throttle is 0 and rudder is 100, while ele and ail are both 0 (arming the drone)
