[HELP] Extra-Switches on 7e driving me nuts was created by yaKOS
I feel like an idiot, cause my 3x2 extra switches just won't work. (Devo7e with stock-cpu)
I'm using a 3-pos switch and a 2-pos switch.
I am wiring them as if they were both 3-pos switches.
^ That should not be a problem right?
They are configured right and they also show up in chanel-monitor:
A0,A1,A2 and B0,B1,B2.
But they don't change their values when I switch them, A1 and B1 are 100, other values are -100.
I have triple-checked everything... twice...
I have tried different diodes:
1N4004, 1N4002, 1N4148
As nothing changed, I desperatly even tried infrared-light-emmiting diodes.
I have the cathode-side connected to the switches and the anode to the wires.
I have tried 4 new 1N4148 (again) after that - still won't work.
I'm running stable release Deviation 5.0.0.
I feel like an idiot because this is not the hardest mod to do but it just won't work.
I have also checked the switches' continuity (resistance), the switches are fine.
What can I possibly have done wrong here?
Just want some extra switches, that's not too much to ask for...?!

1n 4148 diodes are perfectly fine.
Diodes must point into the right direction ?
Hardware.ini must be enabled the switches?

Myself I do have U7E and the pots and switches mod from Silpstream, it is different mod, so cannot test for you.
