Now we have individual filesystems for Devo12, Devo8, Devo10, and Devo7e.
The Devo6 now has different language files from Devo8, but as before use Devo8 filesystem.
The emu_devo12 as before need to use devo8 filesystem (filesystem\devo8).
The emu_devo7e as before need to use devo10 filesystem (filesystem\devo10).
The emu_devo6 as before need to use devo8 filesystem (filesystem\devo8).

Good catch.
I fixed the Devo12 and Devo7e emu. For the Devo6 we still use the devo8 filesystem, thoughI may need to change that too.

The emu_devo7e can't use devo7e filesystem and closed. At 'media' folder are missed config.ini, splash.bmp, toggle0.bmp, toggle1.bmp, toggle2.bmp and toggle3.bmp. Also is missed 'modelico' folder.
What is the 'tx.ini.bak' at devo7e filesystem?

I updated the devo7e makefile to address this. I'm not sure it is right, but I'm out of time for tonight

Now for Devo7e filesystem all looks fine, except empty 'language' folder. But it's not a problem.
All emulators works fine with their own filesystems.

I am reading all kinds of stuff about Devo filesystem, also for Devo12. I must admit that I have no idea what you guys are talking about. My question:
Does this have consequences on the TX or is it only on the emulator?
Do I need to do something special, loading the latest nightly on my TX?
Is it still safe to fly with this?

It's related to build enviroment and use of emulator only.
You don't need to do something special.
It is still safe to fly with this.

Also datalog.bin could be removed for the Devo7e. I tried to get the makefile doing what I want but without success.vlad_vy wrote: Now for Devo7e filesystem all looks fine, except empty 'language' folder. But it's not a problem.

I can't remove the datalog.bin and still leave the option of having HAS_DATALOG actually work (strictly speaking that as true for language support too, but we'll never have that) maybe in the future I'll add a smarter parser that can understand target_defs.h in the Makefile
