Hi Guys !
I'd like very much to add switches to my 7e.
I've read this thread Adding custom switch support in Deviation but I can't understand everything that is at stake there.
So I have a few questions :
1. Can I add 2 3-way switches to my 7e while keeping the existing Hold and Fmode switches functional ?
2. If I understand correctly, the additional switches work with diodes. When I go to the electronics shop, what kind of diodes should I ask for ?
3. I don't remember having seen any wiring scheme. Any info on that, or a close look at Galee's pictures is sufficient ?
4. Does the official Deviation 4.0.1 release support the additional switches yet ? If not, which build I should download & install ?

Thanks !

1. yes
2. dose not matter (within reason any non led diode should work and LEDs might work too.)
3. I don't know if there is a diagram somewhere.
4. no the latest nightly should do the trick. if stability is a concern I can build you a 4.0.1 with the 2x2 patch applied
