Have a look at the nightlies. There's been constant development and new features with them.

Hello,
when i go from 4.0.1 to nightly, do i have to use DFuSe, or can i just copy the files. And what when i go from a nightly to another nightly?
Thanks

Both steps are needed. Dfuse to flash the actual firmware, then copy the files.
Just skip he model folders or back them up first so you don't lose your setup.
