Hi PB,
I would like something like the Deviation "channel-Monitor" to show the actual protocol output.
With tapping on one of the channel-bars there should pop up some sort of selection menu for the corresponding input channels.

Here another example how Spirit-FBL App does similar task:

Only vaguely related, but if were're going to be getting support for a bluetooth module, how about support for bluetooth hid as an output protocol?

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.

I've updated the software again.
It now has channel naming support (like Deviation) and will remap channels if the protocol is changed.
I also added channel-values to the channel map page. The channels values only update if you are connected, but that can be tested in the web-version too.
Note that you can drag the 'PPM' entries on the channel reordering page to reassign channel mapping

I think I'm about done with the software for now (except for any bugs). I am actively using it with the UniversalTx board, and it seems to meet the basic configuration needs.
I will eventually add a display and telemetry support, but that'll need to wait for another time.

If anyone is interested, here is the Android .apk. Without access to a UniversalTx, it is less functional than the web version (you can't actually connect to anything), but if you're curious on how it looks on a smaller screen, feel free to try it out:

Very nice indeed.

For me little darker would be nice...still all in good time I guess.

Very nice work.

Hi, I did a short test with the .apk

I like the "drag and drop" idea, although without your note, I wouldn't have figured it out.
The channel mapping is only looking pretty in landscape mode.
I didn't expect that to work too :P
Question:
Would we need some adjustment to the PPM like in deviation? (Center PW etc.)

- "Rename Model" doesn't work
- TX power doesn't save (stays at 150mW)

I had already implemented the PPM PW settings, just not in the version on the web. I placed it with channel ordering (because when adjusting it you likely want to see the channel values), which is probably not very intuitive.
I am aware that the channel display doesn't look very good in portrait mode on mobile. I will likely go back to a 2-column display, and move the channel value under the channel name.

The other 2 issues you listed have been fixed (and the apk updated). Thanks for the feedback.

Oh, that's exactly the place I'd expected it.
Maybe better visible on top of the page

Agreed. And maybe add the Channel-values (in %) as well.
Inspiring example = "Deviation channel monitor"

Excellent.
Is there a reason you've chosen a "0% to 100%" scale?
Deviation uses everywhere "-100% to +100%"

I wonder if you couldn't use the usb port vs Bluetooth?
What do they call those things, otp cables?
