Somebody got deviation running on one of the STM32 discovery boards. The newer ones have built in LCD touch screens. I've got the STM32F429i (I think it was) for playing with this stuff. Much, much later, though....

By the way, Hitec Aurora 9X has two MCU and two SPI interfaces on the main board. It's not cheap. but....
