Hello, you say that the 3in1 module works fine in your 12s, but do you have then a layout for all the connections, so where in the 12s to solder all wires to ?
Hope you can help me,

Alex

I would recommend to use the 4in1 Module made especially for Devo.
It has his own voltageregulator powered from the stable 4,25V from the module bay.
The 3,3V used in the pictures is very weak.
If you use the onboard 3,3V you have fluctuating Voltage and the analog input reading is messed up.

if you want to go the 3in1 way i would drop down the stabilized 4,25V from the module bay for the 3in1 module.
(Diodes in series or a linear voltageregulator)

Hello, thanks for the info, but its still hard to see where all the wires are going from the module to the transmitter. Maybe you can somehow make more claerly, maybe make a sketch ?.
I hope i'm not asking to much from you.

You also think its better to use the 4in1 module, do you have the connections for these as well ? (for the devo 12s i mean.

Hope you can helk me out.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

there recently was a thread regarding the Devo 12 and the 4in1 module installation.

You can find it here:
Devo 12 - 4in1 module installation

You can also find sketches of the wiring there.

Best regards
Max

I would recommend this module
www.banggood.com/CC2500-NRF24L01-A7105-C...07.html?rmmds=search
So you have to connect only 3 wires to TMS, TCK, and B3
as mentioned in the thread linked above

I have this configuration and i works like a charm
all Chips transmitting via the original devo 12s antenna

hi Alexander
i do not have 4 in 1 , i can't tell you which is better
but ,
3 in 1 need solder many point and that is more complicated than 4 in 1
4 in 1 only 3 wires need solder and one antenna that is awesom , isn't it ?
4 in 1 maybe better for you if you have not own a 3 in1
simple way is always better that's what i thought ,
