Adding voice to my T8SG V2 Plus

Is there anyone, anywhere, I can send my Tx to have the voice hardware and software added? The hardware seems ok, but the programming is daunting to me and I don't want to brick my Tx. Thanks!

I have been fidling with the firmware and I can tell you that is quite hard to brick. I think opening the case is the most challenging part of the whole procedure (because the upper clips)
