7e, Nightly 18th jan, +1x3way +all was created by HappyHarry
Thanks to a heads up by domcars0 about the changes in the latest gcc-arm-none compiler (this thread here>> deviationtx.com/forum/7-development/2547...-and-devo7e-features ) we can now build for the 7e with all options enabled B)

so find attached a build of tonights code for the 7e with the 1 x 3way switch patch, also with telemetry, permanent timer and the layout editor all enabled 8)

if anyone is interested i can also attach the patch required to make this build that includes the makefile and target-defs changes as well as the switch patch, let me know if you want it.

Did you use a VM, or linux box to build this ?

If so I'm interested in your files (and a link to the VM).

If it's windows, not much I don't want to install the cross compiler environment (I'm lazy) :p

i used a permanent overlay enabled liveusb of xububtu 12.04lts, but you could easily setup a vm with the same release, i did it this way as my laptop is slow when using a vm with a full xwindows install, (and for some reason i couldn't get summon-arm to work on fedora which i have installed on the laptop as one of the quad boot options) you could also use xubuntu13.10 and make it work

here is the patch, be aware that this patch also includes the changes needed in the makefile's, the target-defs file and the 1x3way patch. all you need to do is have one of the newer versions (4-8-2013q3 or 4.8.2013q4) of the gcc-arm-embedded compiler installed then patch the deviation source using this file, and build it :)

Thanks for the builds HappyHarry. It saves me from staying up to date, patching and building. Since my setup is the same as yours. I'll just use the build you make. :)

no problems daryoon :), i was building them for myself (3way) and a freind (2way) anyway, so it's hardly any bother to upload and share them for others

plus i only decided to try the 7e and deviation due to your posts on rcg, and i used your page for instructions on fitting the nrf module, so it's only fair i help save you some time :)

if you don't need telemetry then then don't install this build, use one of my earlier builds without telemetry instead ;)

also as you have already been informed i am not capable of the code changes required to add the 2 x 3way switch changes to deviation, there is another member who is working on it in his own free time and if/when it becomes available i will make a build and upload it, but that doesn't have a fixed time frame, and may never happen at all, so like myself and others you will just have to wait and see what happens in the future

either that or i'm sure pb will accept working patches ;)

I just downloaded the zip available in the first post. I don't see a dfu file to flash. Could you double check and tell me I am crazy?

Thanks you.

I think that deviation-devo7e-v4.0.1-dec2d0b.dfu is a dfu file ... or am I crazy? ;)

Devo 10 (+7e) owner. It's mine, please don't touch it with your big fingers

Ooops, sorry. Must have been an interruption in my extraction process the first time around. I didn't get the dfu file, hence the question.

But you're right. It's in the zip file and extracted fine the second time around.

Could you make any sense of what PB means by switches here?

deviationtx.com/forum/7-development/1594...dule?start=120#18641

Is the switch patches somehow added to the main repo?

No. May be later on. This post is regarding switching between TX modules.
