Could we list it to the origin of the protocol; Futaba S-FHSS ?

I assume many more models will use it, than XK K110

You mean here, in forums? I plan to release it really soon now, so we can make an announcement. I used XK and Orange equipment to implement it, and they behave slightly differently. So I think it would be only fair to mention it, not Futaba until someone confirms it works with real Futaba S-FHSS receivers.

I did a simple test receiver for quadcopter NE Galaxy Visitor 2 (MASF11 FTR) - work fine! Assembled quadcopter without camera I will test in the near future.

What kind of receiver it uses? Futaba's original?

No, not original. But marked "FTR" - Futaba Transmitter Ready. Here is a link to this quadcopter. First page of user manual contains this string: "This model is compatible with FUTABA FHSS 2.4GHz Transmitter".

Victzh/all,
just wanted to give you a heads up on the XK X350 power board and receiver board. I recently lost signal to my x 350 with the stock tx and it crashed upside down onto the only piece of concrete around cracking the power board...
Ordered all new PB, RB and 4 new ESC's to do a rebuild...this is the part i wanted you guys to hear....the new power board and receiver board are REV. 4 now. The receiver board looks a little different from the REV. 3....if you would like i could post a few close up pics later, just let me know..
I was also waiting for the S-FHSS build for 12S, do you think the change from Rev.3 to Rev. 4 will effect anything with the build?

Thanks for the info. I don't expect changes in the behavior, it's a third party protocol, XK just implemented it. I never held X350 in my hands (true for the majority of models :-) ), nevertheless it flies OK. That's the wonder of standards :-)

I believe that last nightly builds should already have it. Check out the last one: www.deviationtx.com/downloads-new/catego...s-nightly-2016-03-19

Thanks for your response, time and effort Victzh.... Hey quick question, How and where would i install a model config. file? I do not know much about this portion. Say i wanted to install a model config file for a walkera runner 250 on my 12s with deviation, how and where do i put that file? Guess you can tell i am new to this....
I have to say i was very excited to see SeByDocky fly the XK X350 with Deviation....

It is probably described in the documentation and it is always good to read docs before using this. But as a shortcut:
1. switch your Deviated Devo to USB mode - easiest is to turn in on holding ENT key,
2. Open the Devo's drive on your computer and look for 'models' folder. You'll see many modelXX.ini files which represent individual models.
3. Copy over SeBy's file into one of them
4. Turn off Devo and turn it back on
5. Find your model among your models and select it.
6. Enjoy!

Hi victzh!, the CC2500 module arrives before than expected from Banggood. I already got it and maybe today or tomorrow will make the mod to my transmitter Devo 8s. Is the protocol already included in the latest nightly on this wesite? Can you (or someone) provide me a Devo8S XK-K120 model?

Thank you :)

Thank you, I will try it.
But I still do not know if the latest nightly for 8S includes already the F-SHSS protocol support. I hope so....

For people looking for cheap S-Bus receiver with diversity, it should work with deviation?
