F12E Nightly build 10 mW to 100 mW

I read that the deviation firmware will allow a Devo 10 transmitter that is 10 mW to output 100 mW.

Is this also the case for the F12E with the Nightly build?

Anybody?? I guess there must be some people using the Nightly build on their F12E?

EDIT: What about the maker of Deviation, i guess you must have an answer to my question?

It seems nobody is intend to answer a question which is not "new". I also asked some questions - and after some hours (more than 10) of reading and searching in threads with 100 and more replies i found my answer

Deviation is a great work for me - and i am using this since one year. Only the forum is sometimes a little unsorted and many thread are starting with one question und then changed to 10 and more the question. It's hard to find out if you want to know anything special.

Maybee the programm team of Deviation has a lot to do with development - and less time for the forum.

I have read anywhere that the Difference of the F12E version A und B is the bootloader of Walkera - so the output is regulated by software - And Deviation opens the output power from 10 to 100 mW of the CRY6939 Transiever modul.

(My CC2500 modul shows me an output power of 300 mW with Deviation)


Sometimes a thread is ending "i have it" - but with no word about the solution.

thank you a lot for your answer FDR I don't know that's not a real "Team" but i respected their great job for Deviation and thank all for their support and efforts.

I am pushing a litte the F12E threads - maybee the develeopers see thats some users are interessed in this part of deviation.

Only an idea ... what do you think about a sorting for what kind of Transmitter the user is looking for - threads for "DEVO 7 / DEVO 8 / DEVO 10 and 12" ...

I see some threads ending here with "give up" cause they dont know what to do - but the solution is hidden in any thread here.

And thank you FDR for your time you spend with this forum bringing DEVIATION step by step forward.

There is only one developer who has an own F12E - think in future there will be a second

I have a nighlty running on my F12E - I need a little workaround to make changes - but the behavior seems to be stable. I am glad that its possible to have deviation on my deviation - and if you are a little be expierenced and have a little patience and read the threads - think its possible to use the nightly and the more user we are the faster F12E will have an "official" version

If you have some questions with the installing - you can ask - and ignore some things in the installing document

thanks one more time. I will think about to buy the F12E and try to use with Deviation. By now, I am using my 8s, but the F12e looks fine.
Still thinking about the final choice.

For using deviation - 8s will be better - this TX is not so tricky. The F12E has too less memory for "normal" using - and there is in the moment only 1 developer how has a F12E

I think there is a small problem with your PC - de-install all USB-drivers you find. And then have a look to device manager after plugged in and f12e power-on + ENT.

If you dont find the external drive - there is something wrong

I have re-installed Walkera-firmware - and started a new deviation installation - inclusive check "format" option in deviation uploader
