i think i Killed my Devo F4 First time i changed the chip everything looks good, so i installed the Deviation Version, but Windows can´t Format it
While i tried to resolder i removed the Top 3 right Soldering Pads, i think its 8-6!
Any Idea where i can get the missing connections? I think i am to stupid to find the right places to get my devo back to life
And Second Question what would happen if i Solder the Chip in the wrong direction? Because on the first try everything looks good and it doesn´t work !
Regards
Stephan

Thanks, but this seems to be not possible. I checked the code, A2 (_PWREN_PORT, _PWREN_PIN) is used to keep from shutting down for all devo:
github.com/DeviationTX/deviation/blob/ma...mon/devo/power.c#L32
If I comment this line out github.com/DeviationTX/deviation/blob/ma...mon/devo/power.c#L36
devo won't turn on (or turn off immediately)

With Devo F12E it will be (pin connections from SST25VF032B to STM32F103VCT6):
1. CE = GND (VSS_4, pin 27)
2. SO = SPI1_MISO (PA6, pin 31)
3. WP = 3.3V (VDD_4, pin 28)
4. VSS = GND (VSS_4, pin 27)
5. SI = SPI1_MOSI (PA7, pin 32)
6. SCK = SPI1_SCK (PA5, pin 30)
7. HOLD = 3.3V (VDD_4, pin 28)
8. VDD = 3.3V (VDD_4, pin 28)

What I'm doing is modding my Devo F12E to have the SST25VF032B chip. Am I using the correct chip?
Lastly the attached picture. The pin the finger is pointed to the pad is damaged. Can you help me locate where to reroute it? Under the chip that lead didn't show where it went. So I'm stuck until I resolve.
Thanks for the help by the way.

Replaced the memory and flashed 4MB build via DFUse 2.31
Voila
One thing i dont unterstand is how to switch to e.g. Model2 ??? ( I´m a long time user of Devo 6/8/12 but couldnt find this out)
Is there a Manual for F12E/F7/F4 out there?
another question is, should i try the A2 Pin for the 3rd 4in1 module connection?
or

EDIT: I tried to use the A2 pin for my a7105 CSN Line and all seems to work fine.
(No error messasges, i`ve tested FrskyX EU, Bayang and Flysky protocol)
Shutdown seems to be normal (1-2Seconds)
