Vibration not working on Devo 12E

My Devo 12E beeps, but doesn’t vibrate. Vibration is switched on in the menus; settings are exactly the same as on my Devo 10 where vibration works. Both have the latest 5.0.0 + new protocols version installed.

Is this a known issue? Or should I look for a hardware failure? (Can one order whatever the vibrating part is and swap it?) I stumbled upon this issue with Devo 7 , but it’s quite likely unrelated.

Poking this thread, hoping that someone might already know how to tackle this.

Which component generates the vibrations? Where is it located on the PCBs? Is it just a standard part that I could buy somewhere and replace? I guess that would be the best thing to try at this point.

The attached pic has the vibration motor circled. It's probably a standard part but have never tried to look it up.
