I've changed "T8SG V2 Plus" switch layout. Interchanged switch position for "H" and "B", interchanged connectors for "G" and "H" switches, interchanged connectors for "A" and "B" switches. Now I have next switch layout:

SWH = HOLD/RUD DR (2-pos)
SWG = GEAR (2-pos)
SWA = FMODE (3-pos)
SWB = AIL DR (3-pos)
SWC = MIX (3-pos)
SWD = ELE DR (3-pos)
Also, changed switch mapping in "capabilities.h". With custom switch layout build I can use ready models from devo8 and devo10 without any changes. And I don't need to change my habits, everything is in the usual places.
