Can someone help make these into 7E icons?

I tried using the app on the tutorial but to no avail.. can someone please help? Thanks!

I use GIMP and set color level to 24 bit (full color), but manually make all pixels either white or black only. The device does not display anything else, even tho the color depth is ultimately more than just two colors (16 bit). When I save a 24 bit image as a BMP file, GIMP offer options which can be the RGB565 or ARGB1555 the manual describes. It's gotta be 52x36 also. I pad the image as need to have the 52:36 aspect ratio before I scale it down to 52X36.

I named each image as h8c, tho that might be wrong, so rename as needed. File name is constrained to 8.3 characters (old MS-DOS convention), so you can't make the filename too long.

All available model icons (must be 52x36 pixels). Model icons must be saved as 16-bit BMP files in either RGB565 (non-transparent) or ARGB1555 (transparent) format.
