Sorry but i don't find the way to do it because it says me that the picture is a"MIME" file and it can't be uploaded...I don' understand...

Yep, the MIME type is missing from that file.
I've resaved in PS as a BMP565 (removed the alpha channel, because there was no transparent part anyway), and I could attach it now...
