Modified 4 Inside Layout for 7e/10/8/12 v4 Devo

Layout for current (4.0.0) release of Deviation.

This is the same 4 Inside layout that is used for the DSMx protocols except that the big indicators are moved to Channel 3. Devo places the throttle on Ch 3 instead of Ch 1 as DSM does.

Place this into the \layout directory on your Devo transmitter and you can load it from the Main page config or copy the appropriate section directly into your model file.

It is set up to display 4 trims, 3 timers, Throttle percentage, TX power, Battery, 6 switch states and Channels 1-8. On the 8/12 the model image is displayed but because of size limitations it is not on the 7/10.
