Any theme out there? was created by deewee8
Hi guys!
I find it a little bit hard to fiddle around with those mini symbols. Those are hard to hit especially if they sit in the corner or at the edge of the screen.
I was wondering if it could be possible to enlarge them visually and of course input could be read from bigger symbols.
I miss complete themes as well. For outdoor flying in sunlight it could be handy to have a high contrast theme. I love those Segei did (gektor) for the original FW. How can a whole theme like this become modified for DTX (deviationTX)?
As I said, it would be nice to have bigger symbols as well.

+1. I find it difficult to access and load models with the tiny icons.

You can replace all the bitmaps, and define your own font colors, but the sizes and positions are fixed anyway...

So I guess we can solve the readability issue, but for accesibility we have to work a level deeper.
I think we should adress this with a change to the code. Unfortunately I can't help here, so all relies on the experts to implement such a change.

We couldn't change the sizes and positions of the original fw either...
But yes, deviation's controls are a bit smaller in general.

I see.
Can it become wider then it is yet and wider then original now, please?

I am new to the radio, so I had to learn there is a stick sitting in the case, that can be pulled out and used to control the touchscreen. That's lightyears better and easier then using fingers or pens. With the included stylus the interface becomes suddenly responsive and usable. I just hope I won't loose it one day.
Anyway I'd like to choose other themes for better contrast, readability and so on.
FDR could you make your bitmaps accessible for public to enable it for DeviationTX?

If you mean the bitmaps of the original fw, then I think PhracturedBlue wouldn't want me to do that, because of copyright issues.
All the bitmaps of deviation are in the media directory...
(I used to use my fingers backwards, with the nail down...)

BTW you can load a model from the main page by clicking on the model name, whih is quite large, so it can be done with fingers too.CamDLux wrote: +1. I find it difficult to access and load models with the tiny icons.
