Not a whole new skin, just 5 modified files, but it looks quite different:

It looks good - maybe on a high contrast skin with light background the spinboxes become blurred...
The arrows do not need more space? Otherwise many labels won't fit.

On a white background the boxes would disappear, so it is designed to be used with some color background, but the readibility is better without the border...

FDR, for once we agree on some aspect of the GUI ;) kidding.

I have always liked the boxes without borders, it removes clutter from the screen making thing a bit easier to read.
