New matching splash screen and model icon (B&W)

New matching splash screen and model icon (B&W) was created by aperseghin
I created a new splash screen with some good advice from author Douglas Adams
Just drop this in your Media folder (back up or just overwrite the old one) and you are all set.

There is a nice "model" icon to match
