Frsky protocol select problem on Devo 7e

Hello.
I'm using deviation 4.0.1 (latest Nightlybuild) on Devo7e which is installed cc2500 module.
I'm in trouble because I cannot use frsky protocol.
If I select frsky protocol in model definition, only "Re-Init" is selectable in Bind-type, and the following message is displayed.

"Bad/missing protocol modules"

I want advice, please.

I have tried latest Nightly now, and it is OK.
My Devo7e can bind the Frsky receiver and the Frsky-V8 receiver.

Hi can someone help me, i need to activate all FrySky in Devo 7e, they all have an * so i cant use them

Check your hardware.ini are modules on the correct pins?
Or maybe easier follow the instruction on the web and do a fresh firmware upgrade and and full copy of the file system and check that first.

But i cant do that i dont have the tools for upgrading and salding

Can i make an upgrade from the other chip of the drone? cause the receiver is salded to it and the other chip has a USB port

Ah a stock devo, yes then you need to solder cc2500 module inside costs 5 bucks and some handworks....

Otherwise for not so handy people, you can buy irange X radio or the jumper (plus) which come full deviated, with full protocol multimodules.

So i cant just add protocols in the software of deviation ?

you need to add the cip that supports the protocols ? am i getting this right, trying to learn
