New tutorial: introduction to programming

This has been mentioned elsewhere, but I've just published it so I want it to have it's own thread.

I've written a tutorial designed for people moving from RTF aircraft to deviationTx, as there seem to be a lot of you out there. You can find it at rc.mired.org/p/blog-page.html

From the introduction:

This document should help you get to a basic understanding of what’s going on with a programmable controller, and enough information about programming it to improve on your ready-to-fly (RTF) controllers, at least with deviationTx.
