Google "custom lanyard no minimum". There are places that will do custom text and colors on lanyards in onesies. May even be able to get images, and then permission to use the banner graphic on it.
Expect to pay $15 or more (much more for images). At least one choice has 5 or more for $4, meaning you can get one for $15 or 5 for $20. Do the latter, and you can probably get four people to cough up $2 or so for one of the extras. I know I would.
