Type only matters if you do CCPM on the TX. 120SR is a FP flybarred so no CCPM.
But, it is safe to change it to heli, even if it doesn't matter, just to be semantically correct.

Is it just not supported with other protocols?

Thanks. what about throttle hold? i've tried to play around with the settings and compared them to other settings like Tomz's minicp settings which has a working throttle hold but i can't seem to get it to work on the 120 regardless of what i do.sbstnp wrote:

Again, TH has nothing to do with the protocol, but with the Throttle channel itself.
On Devo10, I do this:
1. Go Model setup/Mixer
2. Select THR channel
3. Select from Safety entry a switch to act as TH.
4. Make sure Safety value is -100.
Done.
Should be similar on the 8 or 6, maybe easier.
I really recommend that you read the manual, even multiple times if needed, you will be doing yourself a favor.

i can upload a config with throttle hold, flite modes and with different dualrate/expo with mix and RUDD/DR switches.
Here we go:
Throttle hold with Gear switch.
DR/Expo for ELE, AIL with MIX 0/1/2 switch
DR/Expo for RUD with RUD D/R switch
Timer stop on "Hold"
Throttle curve on FMODE0-FMODE2
(Blade120.bmp is from this forum)
ciao, Bernd
