Searching for a V450D01 - WK2801 setting

For sure some of you own a V450D01 using the 2801PRo on your Devo.
Can you please send me your ini as a reference for me.

This is my fist attempt to find out all the settings.

I have 3 V450D01 (old version) and all of them have a Semiscale Fuselage.
So lateron I can provide my files for all friend of V450 Scale Helis

I think you may try this model.ini which is for my TRex 250 with the RX2702V RX.
Most important in this case is the RX. You will probably have some minor adjustments to do.

I copied the file and now i'm finetuning to my needs.
Most of the settings are close to my settings in the TX 2801Pro.
You saved me a lot of time

Take care of channels 1, 2 & 6 subtrims which are probably not good for your servos.

Why do you have the swash type as 120? Does the 2702 not do the ccpm mixing for you? I will be installing one on a trex clone soon but was not going to use a swash type. Just straight channels like any other fbl.

Yes, it doesn't do the ccpm mixing.

You can see that by reading the V450D01 with RX2702V manual :

The Genius and V120D02s are using "1 servo/Normal". As domcars0 confirmed the RX2702V-D on the V450D01 (V1) uses 120'.

Yes you can, set the little slide switch to sw.set to go into the mech setup mode and press the pushbutton once. This disables the gyros, bypasses the RX algorithms and you can do the subtrims.

???? ?? I think that in all cases (module that make ccpm or not) you can "subtrim" the 3 servos separetly... subtrims are for servos (not for functions)

But some cppm FBL modules allow subtrims (for example my Helicommand allow that)

For all users setting up the RX2702V the fist time I recommend to use the new version V3. Thumbs up to the team !!!

Please start with setting: Mixer GUI: STANDARD !!!
Then start with the swash setting 3x120
Then you can easily set all parameters as per your needs.
I tested yesterday almost all settings and I'm very happy with the new layout and usability.

Later on you can switch to andvanced if you have the feeling something is missing.


Regarding my settings - as you can see I fly only scale heli - so my settings are tailored to my models. Even my settings of the models differ a lot as I really "fly" my settings.

But if some of you would like to send me your settings and your problem I can check and give you some advice.

Fassla friend, I'm new to the hobby, currently have multiple walkera helis, (02 120d02 with rx 2610, new120d02s 01, 01 v450d1 a minicp a hm83 # and a ladybird, my problem is that I miss a lot in this new system programming the tx because in some cases has to change channels and turn and move I do something wrong then I started to get ready and go settings trying to understand the same by making small changes to some things I've learned.

I'm currently with 3 problems, the first is to get a beginner to setup with my 450d1 rx 2702v (I do not know how to upgrade to this rx update this if there is such) is to get another one for my setup with hm83 # rx 2801 and lastly also more important to me, whether you can put a receiver on my D-RX2637H hm83 # and configuration for the same.
I'm really enjoying this community, helping staff to see here, I live in Brazil and here we have a lot of shortage in this hobby besides being very expensive (our income is small compared to developed countries) and the government punishes us when we do taxes with many imports (taxam our purchases in the final "product and freight" abroad in 100% + 16% iof adding 116% tax on the total value of each purchase) and usually have to wait more than 60 days to receive the goods, I mean it in order to understand and can not ask me to change the rx and see how this hobby is expensive for us Brazilians.

If you use STANDARD GUI it is very easy for V450D01.
Setting swash 3x120 and reduce all 3 values below to 40%. Then the heli is less agressive.
if you already have some setting let me know I can check and give some advice.

sorry to leave the forum by now, had a problem with my v450d1, the tail servo is failing and narrowly missed an accident happened, I'm waiting for a tail servo from futaba I bought there and get back the settings the same, thank you anyway time wasted by me and so I will continue to get the servo my doubts.
