my settings for the v120d02s v2 are attached, they are for a 7e but you can get a rough idea of what to set your own at by looking at them
idle0 is -1 to +10 deg pitch with zero deg at centre stick, 0 to 95% throttle with 85% at centre stick, and the tail gain is at 75%. also the dual rates on elevator and aileron are at 80% with zero expo, this is a good basic setup but you might want to add some expo and lower the d/r level to calm it down some more
idle1 is -11 to +11 deg pitch, again zero deg at centre stick, and 100 - 90 - 100 throttle. 100% throws and no expo, this is a 3d setup so stay out of it until you feel ready

Thanks for the sharing. But just want to know if the ini is applicable to all firmware? Like the stock, V2.1 and V3.0 or V3.1?

Deviation config files do never work with stock firmware (or vice versa).
This specific one is built with V3.1 or the nightlies since July or August. If you use it with V3.0 you will loose the GUI settings (you get a default page), differences to 2.1 are more (don't actually know which settings are different, but it should work except some additions which came after 2.1).
