Mcpx config for Devo 7e was created by stashen
Is there any one that can help me with a working config for the Blade Mcpx for use with the devo 7e?

All Tom's configs seems to be compatible with all the devos except the devo 7e. This according to his notes in the post. :-(

Have you tied it?
I think it should work even with the 7e.
If it doesn't work, you could reassign the switches an shold be done.

Yes, but I was unable to bind the heli using that config, and tried both dsm2 and dsmx.

When I loaded up the profile for my ncpx that i downloaded from here, and was specifically for the devo 7e i was able to bind the heli just fine.

The "bind process" has very little to do with the model config (except the protocol).
You did read Manual Chapter 9.5 to 9.6?
You may need a "bind plug".
Sorry I can't help any further, as I don't have any DSM2/DSMX receivers.

My models will bind and work with the Devo 7e.
My custom GUI in the model file is also made to use with the 7e.

The issue is that the 7e has less switches. So you will only have one stunt mode plus you will not have DR/EXPO 1 and 2.

See my post here for an example:
