HK Assault 450 devo 10 config

Hi at all....friends
I just buyed this heli from HobbyKing...I've binded the heli with my dx6i and all it's ok...
Now with my devo 10 and 4.0.1 firmware I've this problem:
I bind the heli in DSM2 protocol (the hely has an orange r100 satellite in DSM2) but the motor do not run...I do the same after reversed the throttle and after a lot of time the motors start to max and do not stop with hold...I have to pull out the battery.
Naturally I set the curves in the various channels and set the failsafe to -100 in throttle channel and the switch to set the motor to -100 value)...

What do I wrong?

Can anyone help me to configure the devo for this hely?

Hello, I'm setting up this model using your info here, can you explain the purpose for second rudder on channel5?

when the curvetype=fixed, the source is ignored. it does not matter what is written there. ch 5 is probably a switch to set gear rate.
