I just use Spektrum receivers.

With Spektrum AR6210 on 1mw output power I got about ~60m ground range test with NO holds, and <40 FrameLosses.
This means I had not lost steering control when doing the range tests.

Spektrum says reduced power tests should be fine up to ~30m (maybe also 35m).

Pilots fly with genuine Spektrum receivers after those tests in full range hundrets of meters high / away (also big gliders).

You might want to test and compare.

What are you plans, where do you like to put the receivers into? What plane / heli / quad are you going to fly?

I think all Devo Rx are "Full Range". You can test it with 300uW output power, you have to get about 30m range. Or about 30 times bigger for full output power (100mW).

I think real power output for Deviated Tx is wrong:

So, for 1/1000 output power range test you need to use 300uW output power.

What about this measurement?
Setting at 100mW = 103mW output.

I don't know. I have measured output power Devo 8s with Deviation and with original firmware (100mW), the same results. Deviation 150mW = Devo 100mW.

PB says that 150mW gives you very little increase in range and a large increase in power consumption, and recommends using the 100mW setting for "full range" work.

Can you measure the deviation output at 100mW?

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.
