Walkera Tali H500 for deviation F12E

I made this model.ini based on the configuration in original firmware. This way, you can use deviation on the F12E but still have the controls as described in the manual and labels on Tramsmitter when flying the Tali H500. It is basically a translation of the standard configuration for deviation.
