7e - Flureon H101 with silverxxx firmware

this is for using with a flureon h101 that has been flashed with silverxxx's great replacement firmware, the model file is setup to cater for a 7e with just the stock switches, and the quad is setup as a 3d/inverted trainer with both the 'native inverted mode' and '3d throttle' defines enabled, and level/acro mode set to ch_flip in the firmware. it works as such

fmode0 = only positive throttle, and the throttle range is only from mid stick upwards
fmode1 = full positive and negative throttle with 0 throttle in the middle.

I set it this way so that the positive throttle range is the same in both modes, it will be better for the muscle memory and also mimics a cp heli setup

throttle trim+ (up) = toggles between level/acro mode

hold0 = nothing
hold1 = throttle hold

hold1 will kill the throttle no matter what flight mode or stick position.

due to a suggestion on rcgroups i've also attached my config.h from the firmware so that the channels that are mapped work as set on the tx, inside the zip i've also added a compiled firmware for someone who just wants to flash and fly, as well as an icon for the H101

this will work for the h8s 3d, but only if it has been flashed with silverxxx's firmware bud

What are the differences between a 7e and a 10 config. I would love to use these features on my 10. I do not remember seeing such a complete solution.
