The protocol is Q303.

Oh it is unexpected that Q333 shares the same protocol as Q303, nice !
Q333 transforms sequentially upon toggling of Ch6 whilst it triggers flipping on Q303.

However Q333 can also flip according to ad's posted on the web stores. If you can provide SPI capture I suppose Goebish can add a sub-format for Q333.
edit: I downloaded the manual and did not see a flip button on the stock transmitter, only the transform button.

If you are using a 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 module, then the binding problem is likely due to the crystal accuracy. Change the capacitors as shown here

Using different configuration files will not improve the binding. I do not have the Q333 but only Q303. I assisted developer Goebish to create the Q303 protocol. micro heli club discovered that Q303 protocol could also apply to Q333. Anyway I attach my file for Q303. Note that it is for use on Devo 10 only.

ch5: altitude hold for Q303 (gear switch)
ch6: flip for Q303 but transform for Q333 (ele dr switch)
ch7: photo for Q303 (left upper trim+ button)
ch8: video for Q303 (left upper trim- button)
ch9: headless for Q303 (right upper trim+ button)
ch10: return to home for Q303 (right upper trim- button)
ch11: gimbal control for Q303 (throttle trim+/- buttons)

You may also connect an additional nRF24L01+ module on your Devo transmitter. Just disable the nRF chip on the 3-in-1 and enable the external one.
