Connect to walkera flyconfig

Hello, I have a Walkera Runner 250 Pro, and I installed the drivers on my pc with windows 10.
I was able to connect the drone to walkera assistant software but to walkera flyconfig I could not get an error message: "Open serial port COM1 faild" ...

How can I resolve this? I wanted it to connect to the walkera flyconfig ...
