Yeah, that was my reaction. Maybe the AT9 build is flashed with a USB<->Serial converter? Or maybe he thinks this is one of the TH9X forums?
Either way, better to ask in a Windows support forum than here. Windows is the only OS that this kind of crap happens on. All the others - Linux, any Unix, AmigaOS, TRIPOS, TOS, etc. - don't have these issues.
