slow elevator while flaps was created by bigbaloo64
Hi,
I'm a new french deviation user with jumper t8sg v2+.
I set my config for umx timber and everything works great.
I have a question: is there a way to slow down elevators speed compensation while flaps are going down at slow speed ?
Thx

The question may have lost something in translation. We have several french users so may want to post the question in French.

Yes, the elevator rates can be changed based on flaps setting. The way this is done is to use an additional mixer to use the flaps channel to change the elevator rates. The details depend on the mix already used to control the flaps. A virtual channel can be used for more mixing options. See the docs about mixing in the manual and the tutorials under Getting Started.

Bonjour,

Cordialement
Morlacus

I tried this for my T-28 Trojan and it works very well, but what does that last mixer in the Virt2 channel do?

[mixer]
src=AIL
dest=Virt2
scalar=125
offset=125
usetrim=0
muxtype=delay
curvetype=fixed

I couldn't understand it. I left it out and it still looks to work ok. A small explanation would be welcome. Thank you.
