Leave SwashType set to 'None', the swash mixing is in the receiver board.
I don't have a T8Sg transmitter but here's the mixes from my Devo 6S that should help you get started.
channel5 = 3D/6G mode.
channel6 = collective pitch , adjust as needed.
You may need to change the switches in channel3 & 5.
