Here's mine for the Devo6S.

Flight mode switches on the EXT button.

You'll need to fix the switches on most other Tx's: dual rates is on the D/R switch, sticky throttle hold on the GEAR switch, and timer reset on the MIX switch. Fix them in the main page toggle configs as well.

The deviation files can be shared between different transmitter models. You just need to check/fix the switches.
