ini file for Parkzone Spitfire ix?

Hello. I'm sorry to be a pain but I'm in need of help to set up a Parkzone Spitfire ix.

I'm not totally sure where to begin and would like to know if anyone has a .ini file for a similar aircraft of the same size (wingspan of 1100mm). this particular model has no flaps but I will be adding retracts soon. Reading the manual it suggests a dual rate setup also.

Is there another similar model file that I could work from at all? please?

Could someone please tell me if its possible to change speckrum based files to be accepted by Deviation on a 8s tx? i.e can I change .SPM files into our .ini file type?
