model ini for naze fc, don't care about protocol

settings, just the rest, like matching up scaling on the throttle, rud,ali and elev, this naze cleanflight needs a 1000-2000 limits, how do I do this with a model.ini, I tried with the built in devo settings in the mixer and it's way toooooooooooooooooooooooo sensitive to fly.
