Hi, everybody. At once I will tell that I use PROMT Translator. Excuse for mistakes.

I ss2500 bought www.banggood.com/ru/CC2500-PA-LNA-Romote...F24L01-p-922595.html

I connected truly, but the module consumes to 0,59 A thus is heated a little. The DEVO 7E screen flickers a little.

I just placed an order for one of these but I won't have it for a while. I'd need more info to be of help, so if you've already covered these questions, let me know. Does the power consumption go down when you reduce the TX power (like from 150mw to 10mw)? Are you running it at 3.3v? Is the module grounded to the CYRF module pin 7, and if not, where is your ground?

I minus now on other perepayal that from CYRF6936 that from the lower minus, consume 0,59.

0,46А 1
0,50А 3
0,55А 30
0,56А 100
0,59А 150

Check if your antenna wire has any short to GND.
No suitable antenna at hand?

Edit: Even with your NRF it is too much power consumption.
There must be a different bug with your 7e.

I made the antenna of 32 mm, with the connector isn't present near at hand but if to unsolder it nothing changes.

The top part where an anntena, most of all is heated.

I checked the antenna for GND doesn't close, everything is normal.

If I were in your position, I would start from zero and do a recheck without any modules.

...sorry, I not able to upload photos of any size.

Most likely simply module not serviceable.

I have NRF24L01 and regular CYRF6936.

And there can be that an antenna not standard?

To me, there appears to be an obvious cold solder joint on the Csn pad as viewed from both sides of your CC2500 module.

Also a possible mini solder ball that may be shorting the ground and antenna pads under the u.FL connector. At least I can see a strange little solder ball next to your red antenna wire that may extend under the connector.

I don't know if this could be the cause, or not. Just some things that I noticed from your pictures.

Good luck!

How did you manage this...200mA?

But to be honest, if this is your first module, I would never trust it anymore.
You powered it several times without antenna, your antenna wire was soldered to GND...
The Hirose U.FL connector has only one hot connection and this is on the side where the edge is cut for orientation.

Get a proper antenna for the module. Soldering wire is not going to work. You need a low SWR antenna, or one designed for the frequency. Your module will heat up if you put antenna that isn't impedance matched on there.

But the problem is, he never used some kind of an antenna...so the T212( or what ever is used as PA/LNA) may be already dud.
