Futaba Minium

Has anyone done any work on, or requested, Futaba Minium protocol. I would have requested this and supplied Tx and Rx, but both of my Minium transmitters have failed. Things are complicated by the fact that the 3 and 4 channel systems are not compatible. Please don't suggest that I buy yet another Tx. I've converted 6 of these cheap transmitters from Mode 2 to Mode 1 and I'm too lazy to do another.
