It's a 3 in 1 module.

On the cx-30 it behaves in the same way as the single nrf24l01 module I had installed before. On the other models it works fine. The module I had before was this one: http://www.ebay.de/itm/NRF24L01-2-4-GHz-Funkmodul-Wireless-Transceiver-Empfaenger-Arduino-Raspberry-Pi-/322197269841?
Both modules work well on my other models. I would never say never but chances are it's not the chip.

Do you think it could shed some light into the issue if I connect the analyzer to the devo10? (Have been so happy that I managed to close the case

Hexfet,
you were right. The chip wasn't compatible. I now put in a module from banggood www.banggood.com/2_4G-NRF24L01-PA-LNA-Wi...ntenna-p-922601.html which seems to be compatible with the cx-30 with the non-patched version of deviationtx.
The yizan i6s is still not binding. So that seems to be another problem.
