According to the info
here
, U807 uses Flysky protocol or A7105 module. Are you sure your quad uses XN297L ?

I did just get a new U807 and it has the same markings on the PCB. I have an older U807 which binds fine to my devo. This one won't. I tried using the transmitter that came with the U807 and it will not work with the old U807, but will work with the new U807, so I would say that the new revision uses a different protocol. Did you ever come up with something that would work?

more than adequate solder on the opposite side of the board, but yeah, not hardly any solder on this side. All 5 of the LED's are soldered with one pin not soldered on this side of the board. Soldering on the other side looks like something I would have done. Perhaps hand soldered and they just tacked the LED down on this side on one pin and flipped it over to solder both pins on the other side.

Nothing I can do for binding my U807 quad with the stock transmitter. Because I am a Mode 1 flyer (My Devo 10 setup in mode 1 also) and that is why I ask for the new deviation firmware to bind it.
PS: Sorry for my lateeeeee reply.

If it doesn't bind with any of the existing protocols + format options, we can't do anything without a dump of the stock Tx
